To Kerry & all your fabulous staff at Parramatta, last week I attended your clinic for cataract surgery.

I live in Gilgai (6hrs from Sydney). I drove down for my appointment and stayed with my daughter who lives in Mona Vale – she has a 4 week old daughter, Eva. When we arrived at your clinic Eva needed to be fed – we were shown to the recovery rrom at the back of the clinic where we ‘set up camp’ for the rest of the day.

I want to say thank you all so much for not only doing a great job on my eye, but more so for your understanding & support of Naomi, my daughter & beautiful little Eva my granddaughter. Naomi told me how helpful you all were, how friendly you all were & how relaxed she felt while she waited for me.

You all deserve a standing ovation for services above & beyond what would be expected, Thank you all so very much for being more than just ‘service providers’ – keep up the great work!!!!
